Terms & Conditions For Students

  • Student need to follow all the changes of Rules and Regulation of Institute and also Government. If provisional admission is not approved by the competent authority or any law of the state/Central Govt. or the Society. I shall not claim any damages or Compensation from the Institution. Certificate will be provided by Red & White.
  • It is in the hands of administrators to set any student a batch or individual lecture and determine the size of the Batch. Institute has rights to change my batch timing. Also, The Branch may be transferred for some reason or for course content in the future.
  • Student have to give leave application in advance. Student will have to learn themselves, the lecture learned during his/her leave period.
  • Organization is only liable to give admission to only students whose age is above 15 years and under 30 years.
  • The institute is obliged to inform only the students of any information related to study as well as fees.
  • Admission will be active till the duration of course so Student have to complete it in that duration. It can be a little more or less from the institute side in duration.
  • In job-oriented course as well as course in which organization provide job there must student will maintain his/her 90% of attendance & submit all project on time. If the course leaves incomplete or if some software is left from the course package or Fees pending, then student will not be eligible for job, certificate and also other services of organization. Certificate Filing process is always from student side.
  • After Completion of course, certificate will be grading on the basis of Project Completion during learning period. at some level also based on exams. And also, student will get the fix duration Certificate according to the duration of the course in which student have admission.
  • Total fees include training fees of Admission time Predefined Syllabus & Red & White Institute Certificate Fees only, other than that need to pay extra charges as per applicable
  • After studying in the institute, who has got job placement in any company by the institute as well as in their own way, the placement details of the student can be used by the institute.
  • In case student’s behavior is found rough, arrogant, short of discipline, causing harm to the organization, and also involve them self in any action of ragging during the course of his/her education in this Institute. admission may be cancelled and may be expelled from the Institute without prior Information forfeiting the fees paid. and understand that involvement in ragging is a cognizable offence and will result in police action which will surely result in expelled of student’s admission.
  • Student have to bear any loss or damage to Books, Apparatus, Furniture and other articles belonging to the Institutions, which may be caused by his/her carelessness. The loss estimated by the Institution is final. Student need to obey the order of the Head of Dept. and other staff members of the Institutions.
  • The organization is not responsible for any type of misrepresentation or event occurred with Student, outside the institution and also like, during institute events, pic-nic, Up-down from home to institute etc. Also not being responsible for any kind of social media group created by others, any kind of data leak from social media, System fault, important data, affair, financial issue, steal expensive thing & other related things happen between batch mates and colleagues. Individual student will be responsible for this.
  • If student does not update his/her self and later miss the fees installment or a does not do document process such as cancellation, transfer etc. in view of repeated announcements, the institution can cancel the admission within 15 days after the student’s Positive connectivity is not maintained. In which the organization will not have any kind of responsibility.
  • In case Student want to discontinue studies in organization before completion of the course or want to seek transfer to any other organization. have to pay the full fees for all the EMI of remaining years i.e., for the entire course before claiming the Certificate and other admission time submitted documents.
  • In case of package admission & free course if cancel main course admission then student will have to complete fees of another course & free course respectively.
  • Student should read all the rules of admission as well as know the certification / result, syllabus, course content, Branches and extra commitment and take it in writing if necessary.
  • Registration fees will only be accepted by cash or online mode.
  • If Student have to study online in the future, under any unfamiliar circumstances or pandemic Situation, student will also have to pay a fee.
  • In case of student pay fees through third party application then student liable to pay the charges applicable by application.
  • Organization will have rights to change above rule at any certain time if needed. at that time, I agree with it, the Current rules of that time will apply.
  • Any dispute pertaining to any matter as a students or alumnus of organization shall be subjected to the of the Surat courts only. In any dispute the decision of the organization shall be final and binding on Student.

Fees Refund Policy for RNW Skill Courses

1. After the admission done in our organization first we will deduct 5000 rs of processing charges and the cost of learning of the completed syllabus than after all kinds of refund policy will apply on student’s admission, To get a refund students must have paid more than 5000 rs., if not they will not get any kind of refund.

2. 100% remaining fees refund with first consider Rule number 1: ( 0 to 15 days from Admission / Lecture Starting Date which is the first is considerable )

  • In the process of refund, all kinds of free courses included in the main course will be considered as a learning subject duration and according to that fees will be exempt from refund.
  • If a student decides to withdraw the application within 15 days of admission he/she will get a refund of the total paid fees

3. 50% fees refund but first consider Rule number 1:

  • In the process of refund, all kinds of free courses included in the main course will be considered as a learning subject duration and according to that fees will be exempt from refund.
  • If a student decides to withdraw the application between 16 days to 30 days of admission he/she will get a refund of 50% of paid fees.

4. NIL:

  • in case a student decides to withdraw after 30 days he/she will not get any kind of refund.

5. Any kind of fees can not be transferred from one course or department to another course or department.

NOTE: Only the first installment after admission will be eligible for a refund policy bound to all the above-mentioned rules. All other installments are exempt from refunds.
